Heart Roofing and Construction

My neighbors & I used Juan Alvarez to replace the shared roof on our 3-story Heights townhomes & he did an excellent job. He was very informative, through, flexible & patient in preparing his quote, which had the best price. He was also onsite every day to ensure operations went smoothly. I was surprised at the number of roof leaks that we discovered, but his crew did a great job making repairs & replacing the decking. He uses the best products in the market & I’m confident the roof will last much longer than the original. The crew was conscientious, friendly & did a through site clean-up. My neighbors were thrilled & I highly recommend him. (first 3 photos) ————————————————————————— 2nd Review - I suspected a roof leak in my new house. Rather than use the builder’s contractor, I knew I could count on Juan Alvarez for an honest assessment of the problem. He found the leak, remediated the area, replaced the decking & repaired the roof. He has so much roofing experience and technical knowledge. He explained the mistakes made by the original roofers and inspected my roof and discovered several other issues that he repaired. Juan is a man of great character & his prices are very reasonable. He also completed the job same day to accommodate our travel schedule. (last 4 photos)

Heart Roofing did an amazing job repairing our roof! Juan was very responsive, returned emails promptly, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. The crew was professional, completed the repairs in a timely manner, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward—not a single nail or piece of debris was left behind. Great communication, quality work, and attention to detail. We highly recommend Heart Roofing for any roofing needs or repairs!

We’ve used Heart Roofing twice now—once for a quick chimney flashing repair and once for a pipe leak. Both times they were prompt, reasonably priced, and very professional.

Got our pipe boot replaced in less than an hour. Easy, hassle-free experience.

They were awesome to deal with. Explained everything clearly and got the repair done right.

They came out to inspect our metal roof and found a spot where the sealant had cracked. They cleaned it up and resealed it safely without any hassle. Really nice people who know their stuff!

Great communication throughout the whole process. Will definitely use them again.

I was referred to Heart roofing by my dad. He had his roof replaced a few months ago. He was satisfied with the work. I had the same experience. Juan was knowledgeable and helped us avoid a mistake. We were set on a green roof, but after talking to him he explained why we should go with black. We love how the roof came out. The color he suggested is going to be a better match with the color we are planning to paint the exterior of the house with in the near future. I strongly recommend Heart roofing. Very professional and alleviated all my concerns before the work started.

Heart Roofing did a great job replacing our damaged shingles. Highly recommend!

They were super helpful and fixed our vent leak in no time. Highly recommend!

Juan is extremely detail oriented and knowledgeable, he has helped me on 3 different occasions to resolve issues with my roof. One was complex with a possum that had died. Don't look further for your roofing needs!!

After a recent storm, we noticed a small ceiling stain in our hallway. I called Heart Roofing based on a recommendation, and I'm really glad I did. They squeezed us into their schedule quickly. They found that our pipe boot had dry-rotted and was letting water in. They replaced it, checked the rest of the roof while he was up there, and gave us total peace of mind. Great service!

Five stars all the way. Heart Roofing did a repair on our chimney flashing and replaced a few damaged shingles. Fair price, no high-pressure sales tactics, and top-tier workmanship.

I can't say enough good things about Heart Roofing From start to finish, the experience was top-notch. The team arrived on time, paid incredible attention to detail, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Honest, hardworking, and extremely skilled—the final result truly exceeded my expectations! It’s rare to find a company with this level of professionalism nowadays. Highly recommended if you want hassle-free, quality work. Definitely 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Showed up when they said they would and got the job done right. 5 stars.

They were awesome to work with. They showed up early, knocked out our roof repair, and cleaned up so well you'd never know they were here. Thanks again!

A tree branch damaged a section of our shingles last month. Heart Roofing patched it up so well you can't even tell where the damage was.

We had damage on our roof and rain was in the forecast. We called Juan and his team at Heart Roofing and they showed up the same day. They repaired the damage, and even found some additional damage we hadn’t seen and replaced it as well. All before the rain started. Juan and his team are fast, professional, and so friendly. I’ve recommended them to all of our friends, and will keep recommending them!

Really solid experience with Heart Roofing. They were recommended to us by a neighbor and they definitely lived up to the praise. Prompt, courteous, and high-quality work.
